Come enjoy movement together in a positive, no-pressure, no-intimidation environment. We're here to have fun, to nourish ourselves, and to support each other in feeling our best - not to punish ourselves. We're alternating each week between Yoga, taught by Alyson Laurel, and Pilates, taught by Emily Brinkerhoff. Oct. 13 is Pilates!
All ages, genders, body types, and fitness levels - including beginners - are welcome. Under 18 need parent permission.
All you need are comfy clothes and a yoga mat if you have one (we have a few extras). Both classes are traditionally done barefoot. For Pilates, you are welcome to wear socks with grippy bottoms or sneakers if that is more comfortable.
