Come enjoy movement together in a positive, no-pressure, no-intimidation environment. We're here to have fun, to nourish ourselves, and to support each other in feeling our best - not to punish ourselves. We're alternating each week between Yoga, taught by Alyson Laurel, and Pilates, taught by Emily Brinkerhoff. Oct. 6 is Yoga!
All ages, genders, body types, and fitness levels - including beginners - are welcome. Under 18 need parent permission.
All you need are comfy clothes and a yoga mat if you have one (we have a few extras). Both classes are traditionally done barefoot. For Pilates, you are welcome to wear socks with grippy bottoms or sneakers if that is more comfortable.
