Collective Church Leadership

Our co-lead pastors are Courtney Clark and Megan Lawton. You can click here to listen to Courtney’s sermons and click here to listen to Megan’s sermons.

Courtney and Megan are both passionate about diversity and inclusion because they themselves have felt excluded and unwelcome. Both live with chronic illness and both feel a calling to serve God through leadership as women. Being disabled, Courtney and Megan have felt excluded by an inaccessible world. Having grown up in traditional Christian denominations, Courtney and Megan have felt excluded by church leaders and peers who do not believe in God’s calling of women into leadership, especially in head pastor roles. These experiences have created a passion in Courtney and Megan to practice radical inclusivity, doing whatever is necessary to ensure Collective Church is a safe, welcoming, truly inclusive space for anyone who wishes to join and worship.

There are lots of other people who work very hard every week to make Collective Church a great experience for everybody. Thanks to everyone who serves in any way!
